Troubled US home goods retailer Bed Bath & Beyond has been sued by its ousted CEO Mark Tritton for allegedly failing to honour his $6,765,000 severance agreement. Tritton said the company stopped making required bi-monthly payments in January, citing the need to preserve cash as the sole reason. He was fired in June 2022.
