European Space Agency released satellite images showing the extent of damage caused by flash floods after intense rainfall struck Spain's eastern province of Valencia, killing more than 200. The area was hit by a year's worth of rain in eight hours. This created a surge of floodwater that destroyed homes, turned streets into rivers, and washed away cars and bridges.
