Online payments company PayPal's UK unit sent a letter to a customer who was suffering from cancer saying she has breached her agreement as she is now deceased. The letter stated the woman's account has an outstanding balance and legal action will be taken if it remains unpaid. The letter was shared on social media by the deceased woman's husband.
