Belarus' President Alexander Lukashenko on Tuesday said that he had COVID-19 without any symptoms and had already recovered from it. "Today you are meeting a man who managed to survive COVID-19 on his feet," he added. Lukashenko had previously urged citizens to "drink vodka or visit saunas" to fight the virus.
