Bengaluru airport to get two metro stations

The Bengaluru Metro Rail Corporation Limited has submitted a proposal for building two metro stations at the Kempegowda International Airport. The new airport line will cover a distance of 29 km, have six stations, and cost around ₹5,900 crore. “This extension of metro line to the airport will not be an underground one. It will be completely elevated," officials said.
