Bengaluru court restrains creator over Embassy Developments defamation

A Bengaluru civil court has restrained content creator Jayant Shilanjan Mundhra from publishing allegedly defamatory content about Embassy Developments Limited. The ad-interim ex parte order, passed on October 17, also directs Meta and Google to block a specified September 3 video in India within 24 hours of notification.
