Bengaluru Jayanagar to get AI-based smart parking system

BBMP is set to introduce an AI-based smart parking system in Jayanagar, Bengaluru. AI-enabled cameras will identify vacant spaces in real time, while motorists can pay via QR codes and UPI. The system will monitor unpaid parking and overstays, with officials potentially imposing fines and using wheel clamps against violators during the pilot.
