Bengaluru police have arrested Praveen Bhat for a gold jewellery scam targeting priests and devotees. He reportedly gained trust through offerings and lured married women for rituals, stealing their valuables. More than five similar cases were already registered. Authorities have warned the public to remain vigilant and report any suspicious activity immediately.
