Bengaluru Metro Rail Corporation Limited (BMRCL) has announced that the fifth metro train on the Yellow Line will be inducted into commercial service from 1 November, 2025, on the occasion of the 70th Karnataka Rajyotsava celebrations. With the introduction of this fifth train, the frequency of trains on the Yellow Line during peak hours will now be every 15 minutes.
