Bengaluru's 37.8-km Metro Phase 3A corridor linking Hebbal and Sarjapur Road is now expected to open in April 2033, around two years later than planned. The delay follows a cost review and design changes sought by the Centre. The revised project report has reduced the overall cost, with final approval expected later this year.
