Bengaluru Metro's Purple Line, connecting Challaghatta to Kengeri on one end and Baiyappanahalli to Whitefield on the other, will begin operations from tomorrow. According to reports, the line that has been built at a cost of ₹4,249 crore, will benefit around 1.5 lakh people and it will operate once every 12 minutes from 5 am to 11 pm.
