Home Ministry has handed over the investigation of Bengaluru's Rameshwaram Cafe blast to anti-terror body National Investigation Agency (NIA). Till now, Central Crime Branch was investigating the matter. The blast took place at the popular eatery on Friday in Whitefield, injuring several people. "A youth came and kept a...bag which exploded after an hour," Karnataka Deputy CM DK Shivakumar said.
