Bengaluru's Namma Metro faces 15 technical glitches in a year

Bengaluru’s Namma Metro has faced around 15 technical glitches in the past year, affecting services on the Green, Purple and Yellow Lines. With nearly 11 lakh passengers using the metro daily, commuters have raised concerns over maintenance. BMRCL is planning alternative arrangements, including additional BMTC buses and short-loop operations, to minimise disruption during technical issues.
