Bengaluru sees surge in flu, COVID-19 cases

Hospitals across Bengaluru are witnessing a spike in influenza and mild COVID-19 cases, which medical experts are attributing to the seasonal changes. Influenza A, specifically the H1N1 (swine flu) and H3N2 strains, is the major driver of respiratory infection cases, doctors stated. Dr Ankitha Teja Narayan told New Indian Express that most patients recover with supportive care.
