Karnataka Minister Krishna Byre Gowda has ordered that Bengaluru's street light faults be repaired within 48 hours, warning contractors of penalties for delays. During a review meeting, he criticised GBA officials for the slow LED street light project and poor preparedness. The minister also set a final two-month deadline to complete the remaining LED installations and CCMS panels.
