A first-time thief, Azghar Khan, in Bengaluru's Sampigehalli area was caught and beaten by apartment residents during a theft attempt. Surprisingly, he later walked into the police station to file a complaint against those who assaulted him. Police have registered an FIR, and the investigation into the incident and his absconding accomplices is ongoing.
