Bentley CEO says cars undergo 40+ rebuilds for crash testing

Frank Walliser, CEO of Bentley, said a new car is built and rebuilt for crash testing more than 40 times before it reaches a customer, across front, rear, offset and rollover configurations, with requirements varying by country. Beyond 56 km/h, he said on the podcast, the car cannot be repaired and is considered a total loss.
