Bentley CEO says factory visits change customers' view of price

Frank Walliser, CEO of Bentley, said he has walked customers through the factory and watched questions about the price disappear. They see the handwork, cross-stitching and polishing, as well as the work involved in making the cars, he said on the podcast. He said understanding how a car is built and the care taken over it can create a personal connection.
