Bertelsmann Investments has acquired an 80% stake in LetsTransport and launched Bertelsmann Next India (BNI). LetsTransport will now operate as LetsTransport Group. The new platform will build and scale majority-owned businesses in India. The move strengthens Bertelsmann’s long-term commitment to India’s logistics and technology sectors.
