The Brihanmumbai Electric Supply and Transport (BEST) has decided to add the 'Home Reach' feature to its app-based bus service. This feature is to reportedly ensure that the women passengers reach their residences safely. The passengers will have to share their address and live location. The control room will then track the location to see if the passenger reached home.
