Brihanmumbai Electric Supply and Transport (BEST) has started operating the city's second electric double decker bus on route number 138 between CSMT and Backbay Depot in south Mumbai. A BEST spokesperson said a few minor changes have been made in the bus based on passenger feedback. However, commuters and drivers claimed flagged issues related to safety and comfort remain unaddressed.
