The Brihanmumbai Electric Supply and Transport (BEST) Undertaking is set to introduce a mobile application which will allow commuters to determine the expected arrival time of buses while they wait at the stops. It will also provide information on the number of buses plying on some routes in the city. The app is expected to be made available in 2019.
