Singer Beyoncé and her husband, rapper Jay-Z, have broken a real estate record with purchase of a $200 million (over ₹1,650 crore) waterfront mansion in California's Billionaires' Row, according to a report. The purchase beats the previous record of $177 million set in 2021. The house, which was designed by Japanese architect Tadao Ando, was originally listed for $295 million.
