US' Federal Trade Commission alleged that top Amazon executives including Founder Jeff Bezos and CEO Andy Jassy destroyed text messages discussing business and thereby erased evidence the agency could've used in its antitrust probe. The executives used a feature of Signal app so messages weren't retained. "Amazon voluntarily disclosed employees' limited Signal use to FTC years ago," Amazon said.
