Shares of Bharat Forge Ltd rose by up to 2% after its subsidiary, Kalyani Strategic Systems Limited (KSSL), was granted defence license by the Department for Promotion of Industry & Internal Trade. This license, under the Industries (Development and Regulation) Act,1951, allows KSSL to manufacture various defence products at its Jejuri unit.
