BharatPe has filed a case and sought up to ₹88 crore in damages from former MD Ashneer Grover, his wife Madhuri and other family members, alleging that they created fake bills and overcharged the company, among other things. The Delhi High Court has summoned the Grover family. BharatPe added Ashneer should be restrained from running a "vicious campaign" against it.
