BharatPe's revenues jumped by 169% from ₹119 crore in 2020-21 to ₹321 crore in 2021-22. The company saw its total losses widen to ₹5,594 crore due to change in the fair value of Compulsory Convertible Preference Shares amounting to ₹4,782 crore. BharatPe tripled its operating loss to ₹811 crore for 2021-22 compared to the ₹277 crore in the year-ago period.
