Bhatia Communications reported FY26 revenue growth of 33.60% YoY to ₹591.43 crore, while PAT increased 21.33% to ₹16.76 crore. Q4FY26 PAT rose 55% to ₹4.55 crore from ₹2.93 crore. The board recommended final dividend of Re 0.01 per share and completed conversion of 1.55 crore share warrants into equity shares.
