InterGlobe Enterprises, the holding company of IndiGo Co-founder Rahul Bhatia and his family, is likely to sell 2% stake in IndiGo's parent company InterGlobe Aviation for ₹3,293 crore through block deals, a report said. Interglobe Enterprises, which owns 37% stake in IndiGo, may sell 77 lakh shares, the report added. IndiGo's shares fell around 4% on Tuesday following the report.
