Bhavani Devi wins India's first-ever fencing match in the history of Olympics

Indian fencer Bhavani Devi defeated Tunisia’s Nadia Ben Azizi 15-3 to reach the Round of 32 in the women’s individual sabre on Monday. It was India's first-ever fencing match in the history of Olympics. Fencing has featured in the Olympic Games since 1896. World number 42 Bhavani will next face world number 3 Manon Brunet of France.
