Bharat Heavy Electricals Ltd has signed a Licensing Agreement for Transfer of Technology (LAToT) with DRDO’s DMRL, Hyderabad, to manufacture fused silica radar domes using Cold Isostatic Pressing and Sintering Route. These domes are crucial for seeker-based missile systems, reducing import reliance, boosting self-reliance, and strengthening India's defence sector with cost & % efficiency gains.
