The BCCI on Tuesday declared Indian pacer Bhuvneshwar Kumar as the winner of the Polly Umrigar Award, which is given to India’s best international cricketer of the year. Also, former India captain Dilip Vengsarkar will receive the CK Nayudu Lifetime Achievement Award for 2014. The annual BCCI Awards will be handed out in the BCCI Awards Ceremony on Nov-21.
