A video showing US President Joe Biden reading a part on teleprompter that said "repeat the line" has gone viral on social media. Biden appeared unaware as to what and what not to read out loud from the teleprompter. Reacting to the video, Elon Musk tweeted, "Whoever controls the teleprompter is the real President!"
