Harsh Singh, a 28-year-old man and nephew of ex-BJP MLC Manoj Kumar Singh, was shot dead in a road rage incident in Bihar's Siwan, police said. The accused, identified as Chhotu Yadav with the help of CCTV footage, was arrested from his residence, police added. Officials said the incident was triggered by a dispute over giving way on the road.
