Bihar CM Nitish Kumar did not attend the NITI Aayog meeting chaired by PM Narendra Modi in Delhi on Saturday, officials said. While the cause behind Nitish's absence from the key meeting isn't known, the state was represented by Deputy CMs Samrat Choudhary and Vijay Kumar Sinha. "This isn't the first time...CM isn't attending...meeting," JD(U) spokesperson Neeraj Kumar told PTI.
