The Bihar government has refused to share records linked to a decision that led to the release of ex-MP Anand Mohan with the wife of late Gopalganj DM G Krishnaiah. The gangster-politician was serving a life sentence for Krishnaiah's murder in 1994. "Won't share the details till the court examines it first," the state's counsel told Supreme Court.
