Andhra Pradesh CID questioned Bihar's Inspector General of Police (Fire and Homeguards) M Sunil Naik for nearly seven hours over alleged custodial assault of ex-MP and current Andhra Assembly Deputy Speaker KRR Krishna Raju in 2021. As per HT, he appeared before investigators following High Court directions. Naik was arrested in connection with an alleged attempt to murder Raju.
