With its GDP growing at 10.73% during 2012-13, Bihar is the fastest growing State in the country, says the latest data released by the Central Statistics Office (CSO). Bihar is followed by Madhya Pradesh (9.89% growth) and Delhi (9.33%). Tamil Nadu was ranked last, having a growth rate of 3.39%, slower than the national average of 4.5%.
