Bihar Minister Vijay Chaudhary highlighted Bihar’s progress in poverty alleviation, citing a recent World Bank report. "We should talk about World Bank Report which shows that people in India are coming out of poverty line rapidly. And, Bihar is leading the list. It is happening because of good governance of Bihar," Chaudhary said, crediting state policies for the improvement.
