After the I.N.D.I.A. bloc released its Bihar manifesto titled 'Tejashwi's Pran', Congress leader Pawan Khera said, "This manifesto has been made after interacting with thousands of people of different communities. So, this is people's 'pran'." The manifesto includes a promise to provide government job to one member of every family within 20 months. Bihar to go to polls in November.
