The newly formed Bihar cabinet, in its first meeting on Tuesday, announced plans to create one crore jobs for state's youth over the next five years. Chief Secretary Pratyay Amrit said focus is on employment and industrial growth. He added that a defence corridor, semiconductor park, a mega tech city, and fitness city will help make Bihar a tech hub.
