Bihar plans to install CCTV cameras in all government hospitals, with monitoring through a central control room, Health Minister Nishant Kumar said. The state also aims to improve doctor attendance, expand medicine availability, strengthen diagnostic services and deploy more ambulances and trauma centres to ensure faster, better healthcare for patients.
