A bike-borne man who was riding recklessly without a helmet died after hitting a wall in San Jose parking lot on Wednesday, police said. The incident took place in the 5900 block of Silver Creek Valley Road. Police said this is the 49th deadly traffic collision in San Jose and the man is the 51st victim this year.
