US-based startup Savor, backed by billionaire Bill Gates, has claimed that they are making butter using a process that does not require the use of milk or any other dairy product. The company uses a thermochemical process to create it using just carbon dioxide, heat, hydrogen and oxygen. The company pulls CO2 from air and hydrogen from water.
