Microsoft Co-founder Bill Gates congratulated PM Narendra Modi and Health Minister Mansukh Mandaviya after India administered over 100 crore COVID-19 vaccine doses. He said on Twitter that it's "a testament to India's innovation, ability to manufacture at scale, and the efforts of millions of health workers backed by CoWIN". Gates lauded India's vaccination efforts earlier as well.
