A bill has been proposed in Indonesia's House of Representatives, to ban producing, distributing and consuming alcohol across the nation. The bill which is reportedly being debated may include exceptions for travellers and religious rituals. Notably, Indonesia is the world's most populous Muslim-majority nation and alcohol is already banned in two of its 34 provinces.
