Serum Institute of India's billionaire CEO Adar Poonawalla is in talks to buy the Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB) franchise, along with other bidders, NDTV Profit reported, citing sources. The IPL team seeks a one-time payment for the franchise, and negotiations over the deal are ongoing, the report stated. Currently, Diageo owns RCB through its United Spirits subsidiary.
