Avenue Supermarts' billionaire Founder Radhakishan Damani has acquired beauty and personal care retailer Health & Glow for around ₹700-750 crore, The Economic Times reported. This would reportedly be Damani's second buyout after Bombay Swadeshi Stores, which counted Bal Gangadhar Tilak and JRD Tata as its founding fathers. Health & Glow was founded in 1997 and now operates over 175 stores.
