Billionaire businessman George Soros is handing control of his Open Society Foundations (OSF) and the rest of his $25-billion empire to his son Alexander Soros. "He has earned it," George told The Wall Street Journal. The 92-year-old added that he previously didn't want the foundation to be taken over by one of his children.
