Billionaire Ravi Jaipuria, Chairman of RJ Corp, has finalised the succession plan for his $3-billion firm. His 36-year-old son Varun Jaipuria has got Varun Beverages, PepsiCo's second-largest bottler outside US, and Devyani International, Pizza Hut, KFC and Costa Coffee's India operator. His 39-year-old daughter Devyani has got the firm's healthcare business and a string of schools, Ravi told ET.
